Type: Piston
1.This filler is classified as Volumetric Fillers and it’s used to fill high viscosity products such as oil from the fat, soft cheese, toothpaste and other paste type products.Filling Method is based on piston’s forward and backward motion to produce suction and push out process, product transfers to packaging container’s filling section of basic components and this is the flow control valve, which is assembled through valve cover, piston and filling tubes.During
the filling circulation, piston is moving backward at front position and raw
material passes through flow control valve to transmit the cylinder, when
piston reaches the end of the setting, flow control valve rotates to the
lower discharge position, then piston moves forward and product passes
through filling tubes and fill into the container.
2.When operates the machine, scraper’s
filling section of the container uses fixed distance spiral and star wheel,
it separates continuous operating of conveyor, when container reaches to a
lower part of filling tube, top bottle plate moves upward, the moving speed
of filling tubes is same as the container, at this moment, container is
standing on the support shaft table, this table locates at lower part of
filling piston, it surrounds the filler for round movement and filling.
3.Piston’s movement is driven by
incline lever on the filling section, the function of incline lever and cam
are similar, it is known as cam track, in the filler of piston’s stroke
section, the cam track moves cylinder’s piston upward, the same time 3-way
valve exchanges through the guide rod, it’s better to fill the product into
cylinder, when piston reaches to the top section of stroke, 3-way valve
exchanges to lower part position, when valves is at lower part position,
piston begins to move down, product enters into the container due to
pressure and departs from cylinder.
4.After filling, container are passing
through star wheel to a lower part of the filling section, then go to the
conveyor, containers will move to the next machine to do the next movements. |
